This Privacy Policy explains how Youro Team (“we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Youro application and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by the Service. If you access any web-based pages or features associated with the Service, additional notices may apply.

A. Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support: the content of messages you send to us (including attachments) and contact information you choose to provide.
  • Content you choose to provide for processing: photos/images you import or upload, and any text you submit within the Service (if available in your version of the app).

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and network information.
  • Usage data/analytics: app interactions, feature usage, performance metrics.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports and related technical data.
  • Location information (only if you allow it): precise or approximate location, depending on your device settings and permissions.

C. Cookies and similar technologies (for web-based features)

If the Service includes web-based login or web views, we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to support login sessions and store preferences. You can usually manage cookies via your browser or device settings.

3) How We Use Information

  • Process your content to generate 3D cube and axonometric visual results.
  • Personalize your experience (such as saving preferences).

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Photos / Face Data and Biometrics

  • No facial recognition or biometric identification: we do not perform face recognition, do not build biometric profiles, and do not use your photos to identify you.
  • One-time processing: when you choose to process a photo, the Service processes it to generate the requested output. Temporary processing data is designed to be deleted after processing is complete.
  • Local-first storage: generated results are intended to be stored on your device by default, unless you choose to export or share them.
  • No training or marketing: we do not use your photos or generated outputs to train models or for targeted marketing.

5) Cloud Processing (If You Choose to Upload Content)

Some versions or configurations of the Service may offer cloud processing for performance or feature availability. If you choose to upload a photo or text for processing:

  • Processing location: on servers operated by Youro Team.
  • No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded photos or text with third parties for their independent use.
  • Deletion after processing: we aim to delete uploaded content promptly after processing is completed. You control whether to upload and generate content.

Note: If your device can process content locally, cloud processing may not be necessary. Your exact experience depends on your app version and settings.

6) How We Share Information

We share information only as needed and with appropriate safeguards:

  • With your consent (for example, when you use a share feature).
  • With service providers/processors who act on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools) under contractual obligations.
  • For legal and compliance reasons.
  • To protect rights, safety, and security and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • In connection with business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition), as allowed by law.

We follow a “minimum necessary” approach when sharing information.

7) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

8) Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including:

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Account deletion: after you request deletion, we generally delete or anonymize account data within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.
  • Usage analytics: generally retained for up to 12 months.
  • Customer support: generally retained for up to 6 months after resolution, unless longer retention is required for ongoing issues or legal obligations.

10) Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete information
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

11) Children’s Privacy (17+)

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
