1) Who We Are
The Service is offered by Youro Team.
2) Eligibility (17+)
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3) The Service
Youro transforms ordinary photos into 3D cube and axonometric visuals. You can import photos from your library, adjust parameters, and generate share-ready 3D representations.
The Service may evolve over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.
4) Accounts
Some features may require an account. When creating or using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
- Keep your account information updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
5) Your Content and Permissions
You may provide photos/images and related inputs (“User Content”) to generate outputs (“Outputs”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Youro Team a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to generate Outputs at your direction.
How we handle personal data and content is described in our Privacy Policy. In general, the Service is designed for one-time processing of your content to generate Outputs.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Infringe or violate the rights of others (including intellectual property or privacy rights).
- Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
- Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
- Circumvent security or access controls.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or our rights.
7) Intellectual Property
The Service (including software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to Youro Team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service.
8) Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party services (for example, sharing to social platforms) at your request. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURO TEAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Outputs will meet your requirements.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURO TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURO TEAM’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11) Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Youro Team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Youro Team’s principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where your local law requires otherwise.
14) Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, or where arbitration is not permitted by law.
If binding arbitration is prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction, then disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
